The Employee Partners Care Foundation is composed of six Employee Partners. Employee Partners that serve on the Board do so on a voluntary basis. The Board approves requests, and determines the amount and type of assistance provided to Employee Partners.

Daniel Tilley
Serves as the President of the E.PC.F. He joined ClubCorp in 2007 and is the executive vice president, chief information officer at the Home Office of ClubCorp. Mr. Tilley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh.

Fu Salam
Fu Salam, serves as a Board Member for the E.P.C.F. He joined ClubCorp in 2005 and is currently the General Manager of the Harbour Club located in Charleston, South Carolina. Mr. Salam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas.

David Kupstas
Serves as a Board Member of the E.P.C.F. David started with ClubCorp in 1982 and during his 29 years with the company has worked across the country starting in food and beverage. He has managed both Business and Sports Clubs as well as Country Clubs and for 12 years was a Regional Food and Beverage Director. He is currently General Manager at Tampa Palms Golf and Country Club in Tampa, Florida.

Katie Zook
Serves as the Secretary of the E.P.C.F. She joined ClubCorp in 1989 and is the Director of Member Services at the Home Office of ClubCorp.

Brad Shinn
Brad Shinn, CIA serves as a Treasuer and leads the Audit Committee for the E.P.C.F. He joined ClubCorp in 2007 and is the Senior Internal Auditor at the Home Office of ClubCorp. Mr. Shinn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas.

Trisha Inge
Serves as the Coordinator of the E.P.C.F. She is responsible for receiving applications, gathering additional information, and dispersing funds accordingly.
