The Information We Collect

There are a variety of ways that you can provide us with personal information at most of our ClubCorp sites. They include the following:

ListServe:
You have the option as a Club Member or visitor to enter your Full Name and e-mail address into our ListServe database.

On-line Forms:
At many of our ClubCorp Resorts and Club Web sites, you may submit on-line requests, such as information regarding Membership, Golf or Tennis outings, hosting a private/special event or making a dining reservation. You may be asked to provide your Name, Member Number, E-mail Address, Telephone Numbers and/or Street Address.

Members Only Log-in:
If you are a certified Member of a ClubCorp Club, then you may enter the Members Only section of your specific Club’s Web site. Some of the information required for the log in process is provided to us from your Club’s Membership database.

How We Use the Information

ListServe:
This information is used by the Club to verify that you are, in fact, a Club Member and that you are permitted to receive Club related e-mail (news, events, etc). We do not provide third parties with this information and is used only to provide you with this on going e-mail communication.

Visitors who choose to enter personal information are hereby agreeing to receive Club-related email (news, events, etc.) that we may send out from time to time.

Online Forms:
We may use this information to communicate with you, such as to notify you of an event quote, a tee time, a dining reservation confirmation, notify you of upcoming events or additional membership opportunities at the Club, or to fulfill another such request by you.

Members Only Log-in:
We use this information as verification so that you may have access to the secured pages of the Web site. Throughout the duration of the session, you may browse through every page of the site including Members Only pages and public pages. After the browser has been closed and you return to this site, the cookie will reset and you will have to log-in again.

Policy Changes

It may be necessary from time to time for us to modify this privacy statement to reflect changes in the way we collect and use information or changes in privacy-related laws, regulations, and industry standards. Accordingly, we reserve the right to change this privacy statement at any time, without notice to you, by posting the revised policy on this Web site. Information will be handled according to the privacy statement in effect at the time the information is used. Your continued use of this ClubCorp site following the posting of changes to these terms, will mean you accept those changes.

Special Notification for California Residents

Individual customers or members who reside in California and have provided their personal information to ClubCorp USA, Inc. or one of its subsidiaries and/or affiliates may request information about our disclosures of certain categories of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Such requests must be submitted to us at the following address: ClubCorp USA, Inc., PO Box 819012, Dallas, TX 75381-9012, Attn: Legal Department/California Privacy. Within thirty days of receiving such a request, we will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. We reserve our right not to respond to requests submitted other than to the address specified in this paragraph.
