purpose: to build relationships and enrich the lives of its

partners committed to creating exceptional experiences that
last a lifetime. For more information, visit (www.clubcorp.com).
Is this a private club membership?
Yes. The clubs that are a part of the Young Executive
Membership are all private clubs. As a Young Executive
Member, you are welcomed into a network of private clubs
utilized exclusively by Members.
Can I
use all of the clubs listed as Young Executive clubs in my
market?
Yes. While you will establish
a single club as your “Home Club”, you will have access to
all Young Executive participating clubs within your home market. For a
complete list of participating clubs in each market, please
go to the individual tabs for each market.
What is a “Home Club”?
A Home Club is chosen by
Young Executive Members as their primary club. This will
vary based on where Members live and work and which facility
best meets their individual needs. While this may be the
Club the Member uses most frequently, a selection of a home
Club does not limit the Member’s access to the other Young
Executive Clubs in the Member’s home market.
How do I choose a
home club? Any of the
Clubs listed would welcome the opportunity to be your Home
Club. Most often, Members choose a Home Club that is closest
to where they work or live and will be the most convenient
for frequent use. Alternatively, if you already have a
number of friends at a Club, you may want to join them as
Members of the same Home Club.
Does the
membership include my whole family?
Yes. The Young Executive
Membership is designed to be enjoyed by the primary Member,
their spouse or partner and any dependent children.
Is it just
golf and dining or can I also play tennis and swim and do
other things?
Dallas Young
Executive Members, their spouses and partners and dependent
children are welcome to use both tennis and pool privileges
at their Home Club as well as all other Young Executive participating Clubs
in the Member’s home market.
Houston
Houston YEX Members are
welcome to use fitness, tennis and pool and waterpark
privileges at their home Club and at all participating
clubs.
Is there a limit
to how much golf I can play?
No. Young Executive Members,
their spouses and partners and dependent children can play
as much golf as their schedules and backs can handle.
Is
there a limit to how much tennis I can play?
No. Just like golf, swimming
or dinning, Young Executive Members are only limited by
their own desires.
How many guests can
I bring? For golf and
tennis, Young Executive Members who would like to entertain
more than 3 guests on a visit should contact the Club
Professional to determine the Club’s ability to accommodate
a larger number of guests. Each Club’s ability to facility
multiple guests in excess of a foursome varies, but
membership does include the ability to book Member hosted
outings and tournaments.
For swimming and other Club activities, Young Executive
Members are welcome to entertain up to 6 guests per visit.
How often can I bring the same guest?
Young Executive Members must
abide by each individual Club’s Guest Policies. These
policies vary from Club to Club and can be obtained by your
Home Club or calling the visiting Club Membership
Director.
What happens when
I turn 40? Your Young
Executive Membership expires on the 40th birthday of either
adult on the membership. At this point, you can use your
$5,000 Redemption Certificate towards the published
initiation fee requirement at any owned ClubCorp property on
a space available basis.
What
if I am already 40 or over?
DFW and Houston YEX memberships are only available to those individuals
who have not yet turned 40 years of age. That said, we would
welcome an opportunity to find a private Club solution that
works for you and your family and would welcome your call.
What makes this stand out from any other offers?
There is no other private
Club option that offers this variety of choice and
flexibility in the markets that we serve. This extraordinary
membership is designed for the young golf enthusiast who is
looking for a variety of private golf club experiences under
one membership. For very modest monthly dues, young
individuals and families have the opportunity to utilize
private Clubs throughout the Metroplex for golf, tennis,
dining, swimming, special events and more.
How much does
it cost? Initiation fee? Monthly Dues?
Dallas
The published initiation
fee for the Dallas/Fort Worth Young Executive Membership is $1,000.
Dues are established at $250 for individuals age 35 and
younger, and $295 for individuals 36-39. Until the
Founding Membership has been filled, initiation fees are
being offered at the preferred rate of $250, however
once our allotment of Founders Memberships is gone, and initiation fees
requirements will increase.
Houston
The published initiation fee for Houston
YEX is $1,000. Dues are established at $250 during this
Founders offer. Until the Founding Membership has been
filled, initiation fees are being offered at the
preferred rate of $100, and if you join with another
individual at the same time the $100 fee is waived. Only
a limited number of memberships remain in the Founding
Membership offer.
Are
there different levels of membership?
Dallas
No. There is a single level
of membership but dues may vary based on the age of the
Member and whether the Member was part of the Founding
Membership. Please note above for pricing details.
Houston
While we do offer other Membership categories at each
Club, they do not offer the wide range of membership
benefits and privileges of the Houston YEX Membership
and the dues are only $250.
What am I not
getting that I would get if I had a full membership?
Your Young Executive
Membership has golf, tennis, dining and swimming privileges
for the entire family. The only qualification is both adults
in the family must be under the age of 40. Dues are set at
the lowest possible level to assure maximum enjoyment by our
YEX members and their families. There are slight
restrictions on weekend and holiday tee time access, but YEX
Members are able to utilize the walk up list at their Home
Club at any time on weekends or holidays. A YEX Member may
play as part of a foursome with a full privilege golf Member
if they are invited to join them during these restricted
times. Additional limitations at some Home Clubs would
also apply. Please check with the Membership Director
at the Home Club you are considering for these details.
How long am I
committed for, is there a contractual period?
Once you join, your Young
Executive Membership is active until the 40th birthday of
the primary Member or spouse. At that time, the membership
dissolves, and the Young Executive Member must convert to a
full privilege classification. The $5,000 redemption certificate
that is being extended with the Founding Membership offer
can be applied towards a full privilege membership at any ClubCorp owned property on a space available basis. This
benefit remains in place if there has been no lapse in dues
on the membership since the Member’s original join date.
Is there a
waiting list to join? If so can I be put on one?
The Young Executive
Membership is offered through a limited number of Founding
Memberships. Once this initial allotment of Founding
Memberships has been fulfilled, we will evaluate how many
additional memberships will be offered, and at what price.
What
limitations and exceptions are there?
Both adults in the family
must be under age 40 to qualify for Young Executive
Membership. Weekend and holiday tee time reservations may be
arranged 48-hours in advance for play after 10:00 a.m. All
other tee times can be made 7 days in advance. Prevailing
Club rules & regulations will apply when using any of the
participating Clubs. All rounds of golf, at all Clubs,
require a cart fee if you ride but there are no fees for
walking. Fitness usage is restricted to the Home Club only.
All tee times outside the home Club, and dining reservations
must be made by calling the ClubLine, ClubCorp’s dedicated
concierge service.
What’s the catch? There isn’t one. Initiation fees and monthly dues are
consistent at all portfolio Clubs, so choosing the Home Club
that is right for you is the only decision you have to make!
After that, the only catch will be deciding where and when
you want to play.
