• DFW YE Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Published Price is $1,000. The Founder Offering price is $250. The Founder Offering period will expire upon the earlier of (i) June 1, 2009, or (ii) the date on which the total number of DFW YE Members reaches 500. In the event two (2) new DFW YE Members enroll simultaneously, the $250 price will be waived for each Member. Existing Members can upgrade or reinstate for $0 during the Founder Offering.

• Tiered monthly dues pricing - under 35 years of age: $250/month; ages 35-40: $295/month. This dues amount includes the cost of Private Clubs magazine.

• Both individuals within a marriage must be younger than 40 years of age as DFW YE Membership is valid only for individuals under 40 years of age, or, for DFW YE Members who (or whose spouse) will turn 40 years old within two (2) years of joining as a DFW YE Member, DFW YE Membership is valid for a term of two (2) years.

• Certificate – a $5,000 certificate will be presented to a DFW YE Member for review at the time of joining, however, the actual certificate shall be placed in the DFW YE Member’s file (at the DFW YE Member’s home club) for use when the DFW YE Member turns 40. If there has been no lapse in monthly dues for the duration of the DFW YE Membership, the certificate value may be presented to any participating ClubCorp property to be used towards the club’s initiation requirement, subject to space availability at such participating club.

• Existing Young Executive Members in good standing at participating clubs are eligible to receive a $5,000 certificate when they actively sponsor a new DFW YE Member during the Founder Offering, and such certificate shall be placed in the Member’s file to be redeemed under the same conditions listed above for DFW YE Members provided that there is no lapse in dues between the date the certificate is issued and the Member’s 40th birthday.

• Each participating club may establish its own home club tee time privileges for DFW YE Members; however, in no event shall this advance tee time be less than 48 hours. Tee time reservations at participating clubs shall be requested via the ClubLine no earlier than 48 hours in advance. Weekend and holiday tee times and playing privileges at both a DFW YE Member's home club and at participating clubs shall be after 10:00 a.m. (Canyon Creek 11:30 a.m.). A DFW YE Member may utilize the walk up list benefit at his/her home club only.

• Applicable Membership Bylaws and Rules & Regulations shall apply when utilizing any of the participating clubs.

• DFW YE Memberships may be recalled if the club reaches its full complement of Golf Members. DFW YE Memberships expire upon the earlier of (i) the 40th birthday of the DFW YE Member or his/her spouse, (ii) the expiration of the two (2) year term for DFW YE Members who (or whose spouse) turns 40 years old within two (2) years of joining as a DFW YE Member, or (iii) upon the DFW YE Member’s upgrade to Full Golf Membership.

• Applicable club cart fee policies shall apply when utilizing any of the participating clubs.

• Home club golf tee time rules prevail for weekday play. Weekend and holiday tee time are available after 10:00 a.m. and can be made 48 hours in advance.

• Business club dining reservations shall be made through the ClubLine.
